These terms apply to all bookings made with us. Please review them with your legal adviser before publishing.
Bookings and confirmation
A booking is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from our team with the agreed price.
Cancellations
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before pickup are free of charge. Later cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full.
Waiting time
Airport pickups include 60 minutes of free waiting time after landing. Other pickups include 15 minutes. Additional waiting time is charged at the hourly rate.
Passenger conduct
Smoking is not permitted in our vehicles. Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during the trip.
Liability
We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather or other circumstances beyond our control, but we will always do our best to get you to your destination on time.
